It's live: Converting your website visitors into leads
UPDATE - it's live 🚀
https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002296018-Web-Visitors-feature
----
Figuring out who visited your website is difficult because only a fraction of visitors leave their contact details. This means a lot of lost opportunities, because those visitors were already somewhat interested in the product or service on offer.
Leads are the fuel for the sales engine - our customers need as many relevant leads (and as automatically) as possible. Web visitors feature identifies the companies that are most engaged with your website, making it easy to convert your website traffic into leads.

I know the feature is still in beta but it seems you are using I.P addresses to identify the business? correct me if i'm wrong. It does however pick up a lot of I.T providers and not the actual company.
Just some feedback

Hi @Minhaz Moosa! Thanks for sharing this. Could you bring specific examples so we could look into it and filter those ISPs out in the future? Thank you!

Hi @Ariel Di Stefano! Yes, it's in closed beta at the moment, we can enable it for you. Which Pipedrive account would you like to test it with?

Super nice! Currently we use Leadfeeder standalone and integrated via Marketplace app. But this looks much better! Can we get early beta access and give this a try?

Hi @Michael Döhler I've enabled it for your account so you can test it out. This features is actually also powered by Leadfeeder. Unfortunately, it doesn't connect with your existing account. You can set up a new one via the new feature to test it out.

This looks A LOT like Leadfeeder actually which we use at the moment. It's great to have everything all in one. We also have chat right now via LiveChat. What is the pricing of this? Or hasn't that been announced yet?

@Dereck Breuning this feature is actually powered by our friends at LeadFeeder 🙏🏻
Regarding pricing, I don't think it's fully set in stone yet, the next few weeks this should be rolled out fully and pricing should be clear then.0 -
Is there a workflow for identifying the traffic, and converting the right person to the lead? Normally when I have seen this technology in the past. It only identifies the company not the lead itself, and the sales team is lost trying to figure out who in the company is looking for them.
I would like to know who is successful with this, and how they are doing it. The workflow here is not clear once you have the program in hand. I really want this tech to work, I just need to see how you bridge the gap from identifying a company with 1,001+ employees. Then finding the person in the company that is looking at your site, getting in touch with them, and converting that person into a lead.
If anyone has experience with it that has had success. Then please share your insight, I would love to hear it.

Good question for the community!
I'd suggest to make this a general post in the community while tagging the right topics to it. This way it gets more visibility for others in here as now it's kinda hidden in the comments of this post.0 -
Hi
WE love this! it is brilliant!
I would like to check if there an option or will there be an option where we can add notes or tag someone else to follow up on the website visitor info?
Example if I notice a particular company, in a particular country and I would like my colleague to look into it, is there an option to share. currently i would need to take a snapshot and share
Please kindly advise or suggest
Thank you
thank you

Hi @Desiree
We're working on rolling out @-mentions to all users now. Hopefully our next step will be to roll this out to the leads section of Pipedrive as well. I'll inform our team about your comment, thanks for sharing!

That would be great.
I was looking though to be able to notify someone at this stage to have a look at this visitor before it is a lead
example like at the option to add organization or Deal, maybe an option to notify someone to have look
For now we have to take a screenshot and then sent it to a specific sales manager to explore

We've tried it for a few days. However it's not that valuable in our case. We don't do business with large companies. Most of our clients are one-man businesses.
Zoho SalesIQ visitor insights is much more detailed looking from a "webvisitor" perspective. Intercom has a similar function. I want to know when customers come back and look at the pricingpage for several times, or the FAQ, etc. Something to do real lead scoring based on actions, not based on the company the work for/browse through.0
