Hey everyone! Really excited to be here. I can feel this platform changing the effectiveness of my sales process already.

I am wondering how to Bulk Edit the Next Activity column within the list view of my pipeline. I see how to bulk edit other categories, but for some reason I do not see anywhere to bulk edit an activity/date.

I would like to select 10-20 leads and add a Call action on a specific calendar date. Is this possible? Thanks so much in advance.

    1. Create a custom field (Multiple Choice preferred for reliability).
    2. Add some sample values for this custom field that would indicate a trigger.
    3. Create an automation that tests:
      1. Trigger: Deal Updated
      2. Condition: Custom Field has changed AND Custom Field = sample value
      3. Action: Create Activity with desired due date

Hi @Levimoyers Rei , welcome  to the Community! We're happy to see you here and delighted to hear you're already reaping some benefits. 😄

Besides @Amit Sarda 's automation suggestion, you can also create activities in bulk using a spreadsheet, see here: How can I create activities in bulk?

Dear Inês, the link to "How can I create activities in bulk?" seems to be broken. Could you re-post?

    Thanks!

Thank you for the heads up @Felix Röscheisen ! :) I've fixed it and it should be working again now.
