Importing NEW products

Products is great.

When we first set it up we imported a spreadsheet with products and boom, magic Product ID etc.

NOW

when we try to import a sheet of new products, nothing we do can make it work. it skips them.

we have tried:

  1. importing with the full downloaded list from pipedrive
    1. with and without premade product IDs
    2. WITH AND WITHOUT THE APPENDED PRICE AND CURRENCY FIELDS merged
  2. as a separate list
    1. with and without premade product IDs
    2. WITH AND WITHOUT THE APPENDED PRICE AND CURRENCY FIELDS merged

nothing works.

CAN you import NEW products to pipedrive?

and if so HOW??????

    Hi @Andy Newbom 

    You can definitely import products into Pipedrive. Can you tell me, what your skip file says? And can you tell me the names of your columns in the spreadsheet and what fields in Pipedrive you link them to?

    Hi! If you still have troubles with importing products, then try an automated migration tool - Trujay. It's really easy to use, with free sample migration or Guided Self-Service. You can perform migration on your own or with the help of tech team.
