    Hi @Laura Martin

    This integration via Slack is more about giving notifications in Slack from updates in Pipedrive. Then teams can continue the discussion in Slack about a specific deal for example. It's not build unfortunately as a full on chat within Pipedrive, more to discuss on Pipedrive updates.

    @Mike van der Valk Hi Mike, sooo... almost one more year… Can we all consider that we will NOT, EVER, anytime soon, have our internal live chat feature between users at some point (first inquiry 2020, at that time you told it was a priority and a team working definitively on it) ? Is AI / reporting /automations now taking all your forces ? We still are all humans in need to interact for more sales over here ! No more sales = no more report, even super fast and complete stellar report made by AI… A bit kidding here but also a bit disappointed... Really… Maybe there is some lack of "from the ground level" feedback/testimony to the Pipedrive developers so they feel the need for it. I can't see how the team don't realize how important that live communication is key to success. I spend hours in Whats App and or Slack with my own people. We need to stay inside the deals, inside Pipedrive. Does that sound crazy ?? Really ?? 😅

    What I can share currently is that there is no place in the roadmap around building an internal live chat feature in Pipedrive. This can always change in the future but I don't see this in the near future. I realise this is not the answer you were hoping for.

    When this thread originally started we were working on the @-mentions functionality which I back then enthusiastically wrote about thinking this would serve your needs as it has for many teams in Pipedrive.

    I realise this isn't solving your needs and those of some others in this thread. I understand how you describe the value of having those WhatsApp and Slack conversations linked to the deals in Pipedrive.

    As always I will do my best to highlight this to the team working in the communications part of Pipedrive but there are currently no plans to work on this, sorry.
