Hi,
Is there a way, or will there be a way for creating an activity with all the appointment information in Pipedrive?
We do have appointment information in deals and contacts in Pipedrive but I couldn't find it in the activity.
At the moment I use Acuity to let my customer schedule an appointment.
Is this option already available for Pipedrive or is something planned?
Can anyone help me?
Will it be possible to have the information in an activity? or any solution, please.

But, I am trying to fetch the appointment information in an activity, when a customer schedules an appointment in acuity.
And not only scheduling, if they reschedule how does an activity get updated.
Can you please help me with any idea?

This sounds like something easily accomplished with Zapier or Integromat.

Though I haven’t moved over to Acuity (seriously considering it), I have set up a fairly sophisticated Integromat workflow that takes an appointment in one calendar (where the information is in the description and needs to be parsed) and use it to create activities on a separate calendar dedicated to Pipedrive. These activities are all linked up with the appropriate entities in Pipedrive. The workflow handles all new, cancelled and rescheduled appointments.
There is no reason you couldn’t do the same thing where it’s linkage is PipeDrive to Pipedrive if all the information is already in an activity as well - depending on your setup.
