Serious Sync issue with Activities
For weeks now, I’ve had issues with Pipedrive activities syncing. The scenario occurs when I add an activity in the web interface, and go to my web app to view my activities for the day in the overview tab.
In order for the deal to show up in my activities, I must first navigate to the deal I’m Pipedrive inside the app, then it will show up. I’ve been missing appointments and I now Know why. I’ve replicated the issue several times. Anyone else have this issue?
Used to work flawlessly! I’ve been using pipedrive for more than 10 years, so I’m very familiar with the interface and the process to view. No filters turned on, Google Calendar turned on but not syncing either.

Could you help me understand your issue better?
The scenario occurs when I add an activity in the web interface, and go to my web app to view my activities for the day in the overview tab.
1. By web interface, do you mean your google calendar? And by web app, do you mean the Pipedrive web app?
2. When you create activities inside Pipedrive, they don't sync to your google calendar?

3. Is it that your deal name is not showing on the title of activities on your google calendar?

Web app/Web interface: There are one in the same, Pipedrive on desktop using Google Chrome
I've used Google Calendar sync for year, all works well. The issue is when I add the Activity to a deal from the deal screen on the desktop browser, it will not sync with the Pipedrive App on my phone in the Activities or the "Focus" section UNLESS I open that deal in the app.

Thanks for the clarification @Rusty Ruetz. My guess is that this has little to do with the calendar sync functionality but with the sync between our web app and the mobile app. I tried to reproduce it on my system and it worked ie. I took these steps:
1. Create activity for today on web app from deal view.
2. Activity appeared on the Focus screen of my PD mobile app
But that said, I understand you've been facing an issue for some time so I'll send your details to the engineers to figure out what could be the problem.In the mean time, have you tried these steps?
