is pipedrive support unique text custom field ?

I want to add subdomain in organisation which is unique for every organisation, can it be possible ?

    Yes, you can do that by creating a text-type custom field and entering that data there. If you already have the data in a spreadsheet you can import it instead of having to enter it manually one by one ;)
