Hi everyone, 

We've been making some big improvements to the Sales Documents feature, making it easier for you to share your templates with others in your team, and giving you the option to select a central shared storage location where all your documents and templates are stored. 

Right not we're looking for keen beta testers to try out the feature and provide us with feedback. Please leave a comment in this post to be included IF you meet the following requirements:

  • You have Pipedrive Professional or Enterprise plan
  • You have access to Shared Drives in Google (available on GSuite business and enterprise plans), OR have access to Microsoft SharePoint sites (available in all Microsoft 365 business plans)

    I'd like to give it a go.

     

    What would make this killer though is not having duplicates of all our google drive templates being made.

    Count us in! We are planning the migration to Pipedrive. What we are desperately missing is the support of a shared document and template library. So this is EXACTLY the feature we are missing. We use M365 and shared Sharepoint folders.

    Will this beta include other improvements than shared templates?

    Like emailing of agreements and reminders.

    Hi Jörgen, 
    Direct emailing and reminders are not included in this release (but they are in the roadmap). Let me know if you would still like to be included in the testing.

    We have been working a lot with sales docs to generate quotes, while we had some conversations with your colleagues and provided input's.

    We use onedrive and our plan is Advanced.

    Can you please share if the improvements will be available for Advanced plan? 

    As of today, we need to have several templates because centralized template feature is not available, it would be good to know if this will be fixed for Advanced plan.

    Thanks, but those parts are crucial so I join in the Beta test later when those are up. 

    Another great feature is that we can adapt those Emails with text and pictures, so its not just standard "Remember to sign!"   that scares away customers, personalized email reminders are a killer feature :)   Thanks for al the improvements so far!

    Hi Miguel,

    At this point in time I'm afraid we are only testing with Professional plan users. However we are researching the option for Advanced plan users to also access this functionality, and my colleagues will be in touch with you when this is available. 

    In the meantime we appreciate the feedback and input you've provided so far.
