I suppose one way of doing this woud be to export the existing deals from the new account and then import them into your pipeline. https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/importing-deals-into-a-specific-stage-or-pipeline?

The other way is to import directly from Pipedrive by connecting the two systems https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/importing-data-from-a-previous-crm-using-import2
