Best Practice with Suffixes

Hello all,

I am migrating a large set of data to Pipedrive and, ideally, would like to map suffixes to their own field rather than include them with their respective name. This will ease future reconciliations and mitigate the possibility of dupes being created.  My only concern with creating a custom field is the possibly impact on mailings sent from pipedrive. That said, has anyone else come across this issue? If so how did you handle it?

Hi Max,

are you talking about titles? 

Anyway, the best practise is to definitely split it to different fields. It is much easier to map more fields to the email, rather than clean and break down large dataset in pipedrive.
