My question? when the customer paid, we add products（created earlier) into the deals. can that deal be used to create a P.O with all the details of products. so my teammates don't have to create again on an excel sheet. it has been a pain since 2020. we want to change.
there are 10-20 features in one product including price. 20-40 new products a month. mostly, duplicate it and change a little. takes 2 minutes to finish. we want the factory and customer to understand what is the detail of the products and can produce them correctly.
