No-shows

Obrigado.

Hi Felipe, my suggest is creating a type of activity called "no-show". So you are able to create it when the customer don't do the presentation.

I've got a stage called "no show" set up after a fact find and recommendation stage, I've also attached an automation that sends a follow up email to the client in both cases- works well so far!

    Hi Nicki @Nicki Kane ,

Good solution!. Have you tried adding a new activity type for no show?
