Activities for multiple employees

Currently, I cannot find a way, how to associate more than one employee of a company to an activity.
I know that I can add as a guest anyone from the leads. I would like to add also my colleagues to collaborative activity events like group sales calls, etc.
How do you suggest properly creating activities, so all on the sales team can have the same activity visible in everyone`s calendar?
