    Our organisation is also struggling with using e-mail within Pipedrive, due to the non-support of our HTML signatures. My team and other colleagues find it a must to continue using our dedicated email signature. Therefore our company wouldn't add more users to our plan.

    @Pipdrive, given the running time of this and other related topics and the ongoing number of requests over the years, you would make a lot of users happy by adding this functionality.

    I was also surprised to read here that I cannot import my HTML template in Pipedrive.

    Just chiming in to say that it's November 2024 and our Users still want to be able to edit and access HTML editing in Campaigns. This is a needed feature to create synergy between Outlook, MailChimp, and Pipedrive's Campaign features.
