daily average of activities in data studio

Hello. I am currently working with data studio to see my statistics from my pipedrive CRM. However, there is a metric that until now I have not been able to formulate. My advisers carry out a number of activities on a daily basis. However, I am interested in knowing, according to the days that have elapsed in the month, how many activities they have carried out on average per day.

 

The field that has that information is reflected as text. Therefore, when entering the average formula, it tells me that it must be numeric.

 

What I can do?
