@Vincent Jyrwa , it seems that, in the event that is created in Google Calendar, the native Google Meet link is not actually used, since I still have the option to "Agg Google Meet video conferencing". Attached is what the event looks like when created via the integration and what it looks like after manually enabling a video link. It's not that this is a huge issue, but having the actual "Join with Google Meet" seems like a more intuitive call to action. Was this intended from your side?

Hi @Pedro Pereira Thank you for bringing this up. I checked your account and I see you have calendar-sync active and that's how the event in the Google calendar was created after creating it inside Pipedrive with the Google Meet link.
Currently, this is a limitation with calendar-sync where we are not able to match the video call links created inside Pipedrive with the native solution that the external Google calendar has. The same applies if you have a Zoom integration with your Google calendar. But you're right about the Google calendar recognizing the link created from inside Pipedrive and then displaying the "Join with Google Meet" button. It's something I've made note of and we'll see how we can improve that.
But that said, if you invite guests to this Activity, they will not be able to add a different Google Meet link to the event that is synced. It's only the organizer who can do that OR if you specifically change the settings of the google event to "guests are allowed to modify event".
Hope my answer helps and thank you for pointing this out.0 -

Thanks @Vincent Jyrwa . Gotcha, thanks for clearing that up.
Not a huge deal really and the link to join the call should still be noticeable without the button. But yeah, I guess any solution can be improved somehow. Kudos on the overall feature. Here's some feedback from our SDRs when we communicated that this was now available to them.

Hi, some feedback:
It's common that one Presales book a webbmeeting for another person. In this case, the person Lawrence try to book a meeting for Pär. But the standard text in the Description still says it's for Lawrence - it would be better to not include the name of the person who created the google webbmeeting.
