I want to add live chat transcript on my Pipedrive

Hi, there! I want to integrate live chat into my Pipedrive. I want to get a live chat transcript on Pipedrive. I also trying to create a new custom field for the live chat transcript But I can't configure it. I can't show here live chat transcript field.  Can anyone help me, please?

    Hi @Phil Lindsey are you referring to the Leadbooster feature on Pipedrive? This features includes Contact Web Form, Live Chat and Live Chat with a Bot as well as other features within Leadbooster. 

    You can configure the Live Chat to identify and qualify possible leads using pre-defined questions and answers for the person to use.

    The chat transcript goes into the activity that's created once its done.

    I don't think you can put it into a custom field.
