Why?

To allow sales reps to access customers’ information from Zendesk and vice versa, thereby eliminating the need to switch between apps and promoting both a speedy resolution and a better sales workflow.

 

What will I be able to do with it?

See Zendesk ticket details inside of Pipedrive. Zendesk users can also access the Pipedrive deal title, status and value.

    A very obvious question: How soon?

    Also, can Zendesk Support users create deals inside Pipedrive directly from the Zendesk Support environment?

    I am vetting this requirement for a client currently and have had to rely on Google Forms to make the integration possible.

    Hi @Amit Sarda, we're not able to provide a release date or more details at this moment I'm afraid. As there are things still subject to change before this integration is released.

    We will however announce it on What's New as soon as it's out, with the full list of details on what you can do with it :)
