    I don't know if it's related or a coincidence but since joining the Beta my 'All categories' search doesn't work, I have to now click the specific category I am looking for. For instance, I type an email address of a contact I know is in PD but it will read "no results for..." until I select 'People', then that contact's record appears, which is very annoying. Is this a bug?

    Hey, this is very unexpected. We're looking into it, thank you for letting us know! I will let you know as soon as we get any updates on this.

    Hey Russell, this feature is already live for all users in Pipedrive. :) You should be able to search for activities and notes.

    My activities notes are auto populate and I would like to create an automation like this:

    "If an Activity Note contains "placeholder text"

    Then, apply Lable "X" to the Deal."

    Hello, @Rodrigo Mendonca MKT!

    I had a quick check and seems that it is indeed possible to create an automation, that adds a label to a deal when its activity note contains a certain keyword. :)

    To do that, you can head to Workflow Automations and create a new automation with these steps:
