    Another feature request from my side:

    When I sent automated emails from pipedrive to somebody in order to complete a task outside PipeDrive and he answerts to that request by email i would like to be able to open the organisation directly out of the email. Therefore it woul be helpful to insert organisation ID/URL as a link.

    Although it won't open the organization (emails in Pipedrive only get directly linked to People), I think a good idea would be to include the Organization ID in the email body. 

    You can set this up in your automation by prompting a placeholder when you type the brackets (see picture below). You can even include that in the email subject for optimal efficiency.
