What:
 

Users are now able to add, change or delete the values of the most frequently used custom fields in a Lead detail. The custom field types that are now fully editable are:

  • Text
  • Single option
  • Multiple options
  • Date
  • Numerical
  • Monetary
  • Large text
  • Phone
  • Autocomplete
  • Person
  • Organization
  • Address
  • Date range
  • Time
  • Time range

 

When:

Starting today, for all companies

    Why didn't they also add IMAGES? We would love to be able to insert images of products based on certain criteria.

    I also miss the integration of the Caller inside the Leads section. How are the plans about this feature?

    Still hoping that you will make it possible to show Person and Organization labels in the lead view! That would be a big help when we qualify and manage leads.

    Lead box is useless until it supports mobile.

    I absolutely love pipedrive. It's my favorite.

    But no mobile support for lead inbox going on over a year is crazy. :)
