    Kjell-Ivar - Smart docs. Why only possible to attach one doc?? Strange constrains.

    Ann - saw this in the chat form another person... Does the type of Pipedrive subscription determine what Apps you can embed or access via PD?

    Great question! At the moment you can install any integrations from Pipedrive Marketplace on any subscription plan. But you need to make sure that you have an account in 3rd party tool you want to integrate with. Only the Workflow Automation actions which are integrations-related can be used when you are on a plan that has access to Workflow Automation.

    Gonçalo - Since the Pipedrive-Asana integration is very limited (doesn't pass much information and has basically no options) we need to use zapier, but zapier doesn't trigger when deal status changes (deal won for example). Is there a way to trigger zapier from a deal being won?

    It should be doable by defining a filter in Pipedrive for deals that reach Won status and then using "Deal Matching Filter" trigger in Zapier. We will also release Asana action for our Workflow Automation in the coming month, you can also try if that will work for your use case.

    Jess - Can external sharing of reports from the dashboard be automated?

    We are planning to build a feature that will automatically send you a dashboard at the defined time.

    Thanks for sharing this feedback! We aren't prioritising the ability to create repeat invoices with the Xero integration in the shorter term, but feedback like this helps us shape what we'll work on in the future.

    Alessandro - Will we have insight reports that can combine deal and activity filters to create a visualisation instead of either deals or activities?

    We have a future plan for cross-entity data reports that enables users to mix data from different parts of Pipedrive and create insightful reports. Timeline for this feature is not set.

    Charlotte - The reviews on the Asana integration aren't too impressive - will those issues be addressed? (similar to Joseph's feedback)

    Good question, thank you! We are constantly take a look at feedback and improve integrations with 3rd party tools. Recently we have updated Asana integration so you can take a look and if you have any other questions or suggestions we are always happy to help you with. Please notice that we collect comments and feedback since the integration was introduced for the very first time.

    Molinda - Is it possible that we could share filters with others in the company rather than just Private or whole company?

    Right now you can't, but this possibility might be added in future.

    Sonja - Has PIpeDrive been integrated with Delmia's ERP database by anyone yet?

    Not yet, we haven't taken a look at integrating with ERPs at the moment. Pipedrive is working on a lot more extensibility to be integrated with an ERP, and we see that happening down the lane.

    We plan to revamp and add more functionalities to "Organisation" view and hopefully by late of this year our Beta version of account management would be launched. However, if this customer has different to go "Person", it is possible to manage it now. Also, at the moment in the “Organisation" detail view, you would be able to relate different organisations (as related, Parent or Daughter).
     

    @Alexandra Carré Yes, the functionality already is available but not via file upload. If you scroll to the bottom of an organisation detail view, you’d find it in the left hand side.
