Activity Plans

Are we able to create activity plans which in turn creates a series of activities that need to be completed by certain dates and specific team members?

    Something that I have been asking for for some time.

    I assume that it can be done but that I need to sit down and develop it.  In other software that I have used I could draft a series of templated emails and prescribed phone calls (Hot Lead, Warm Lead, Six Month Contact Plan etc) and apply the activity plan(s) to individual contacts at any time.

    Boris,  what specifically in "Projects" should I be looking at?

    In projects you can add an activity plan and then when starting a new project select to use the plan from previous projects.
