Edit: as of April 05 this feature is available for all users! 

As per the roadmap we shared earlier this year, we will be rolling out scheduling functionality in Campaigns during April to all users.

You will be able to create Campaigns and schedule them to be sent at any time and date in the future. No need to be behind your desk to run your Campaigns.

    will we be able to set a standard message - 

    >> Such as - all leads going to service department will receive a follow up message asking them if their service was amazing?

    >> Or messages to our internal department to ask them if they followed up with the customer?

    @Office can you please clarify your question, what do you mean by general release? Campaigns is already available to many Pipedrive companies and we are rolling it out to many more on weekly basis.

    @Errol Newson it sounds like something that can be achieved with workflow automation already. Have you considered it already?

    @Renee Chandler we are working on marketing email automation right now. Release scheduled for June.

    I have to say one thing, I am really interested in Scheduling Campaigns. What makes me even more intereseted is how will be email customization, because right now with workflow automation and email templates we can really do not that much.

    Hi @Schweigert Consulting in Campaigns we have a very customizable and easy to use drag and drop email template builder!

    Yes, seems like every time I have tried it, the workflow fails because we can't time the sending. Unless there is something new in play. Let me know if this can be accomplished.

    Hi @Sara Orsborn we will start rolling out Automations next month to selected customers. 
    To prepare for that we will be asking for testers of this new feature on our community so please stay tuned if you want to take part as an early beta tester.
