How do I see who completed an activity or when an activity was created?

If an activity is marked completed, but it wasn't done, how can I see who marked the activity as completed, and, can I see the date/time an activity was created or marked completed and by which user?

    Ok, so in the preview of a completed activity you'll see when the activity was marked completed separated by a dot then the name of the user that completed it.

    e.g. Done: Today at 10:22 AM ·Tobhiyah Green

     at the very bottom of each activity it tells you, in light grey, who created the activity & when. Then, under that the last modified date/time and user.
