Hi @Tobhiyah Green, thank you for your input! We appreciate it and use it to give our teams thinking points to be considered in the future.

Our tutorial about Visibility Groups can help you achieve what you're looking for (except for activities that aren't linked to a Lead, Deal, Person, or Organization). Check out our Academy video too for practical examples. 👩‍🎓

If after that you still have questions, please reach out to our Support team, who are able to do all the necessary troubleshooting and advise you.

I see the same problem, that their is no way to set permissions for who sees other users activities. "See other users data" is the only way to give users the permissions to assign deals to other people. However then you can also partially see their activities. Not working well in my opinion.

Is this possible now? We have activities assigned to us (admins) that are not relevant for the sales team to see. These activities are sometimes linked to a deal or a person, say the tasks says "update information." We'd like our sales to be able to focus on the more important information on the deal and not be bombarded with seeing activities that are not relevant to them.

Another reason why I plan to stop using Pipedrive. As a business owner, I sometimes take on sales tasks, and all employees can see my calendar and list of activities – it's just too much.
