Is it possible to have this open in a moveable window to all visibility of the record notes etc....

    Not at the moment... when using little screen on laptop, yes, it's frustrati :-(

    Agreed- I often need to scroll or look at specific notes to enter into an activity and the the activity screen is in the way.
