- I'm new to Pipedrive. The examples have been in the List mode, but when I click on list, it says "No deals added yet" Does that mean my company hasn't set up the list view yet? Does this have to be done before i can use the features Joe was showing?
- You may have no deals assigned to you in the list you are viewing, in the top right-hand corner of list view you should say your name with a drop-down arrow. Click there and you can select “everyone” to see deals owned by all users if your account’s permission settings allow.

- I thought when you are bulk editing, that you can only edit up to 100 deals at once?
- This is only the limit for Bulk emailing contacts and converting deals to leads simultaneously! Editing can be done to any number

- What level of tailoring is allowed when sending bulk emails to deals (i.e. if a bulk contains deals that are "rotting" as well as other deals)?
- The template you are sending and the list you are sending it to can be tailored however needed. Merge fields can be included in template to autofill org, deal, contact info and more as shown here:

- How can I delete an organization/deals? I can still them on my Pipedrive.
- Deleting an item in Pipedrive will not delete other items linked to it (e.g., if a deal is deleted, activities linked to that deal will not be deleted).
