If you just want to open a phone number in WhatsApp chat (web or mobile), simply prefix https://wa.me/ to the complete phone number (with ISD code, without +, -, spaces).

For instance, you can WhatsApp me by clicking https://wa.me/919860665934.

I have created a custom field in Pipedrive where I create this link in Zapier when creating the contact.
