    Sales is a process.
    Each activity results in a follow-up activity. Until your goal is reached. Normally an order. So we complete each activity and then start the next. We know fairly well, based on historical data, how many activities are needed to have a signed order. Activities are calls, emails, meet-ups, negotiations, etc. So all your given options will occur with us.
