Who thinks that "Mark activity as Done if the client has responded" feature is useful. Please upvote. We tried to automate this feature using Zapier as well but no success. Pipedrive support also confirmed that this is not possible. But I think it would be very helpful. In fact most of the activities scheduled are follow-ups and many other CRMs have this feature.
