I can't seem to find a simple way how to export all of my contact information including the notes in one simple step. Can someone guide me on how to do it? Thank you.

    I would suggest considering building a data pipeline using Coupler or Coefficient or Conduit.

    You can then visualize the data from Google Sheets using Tableau or Looker Studio, or even Google Sheets.

    You can read more about building a data pipeline for Pipedrive in this article.

    Amit, I greatly appreciate your response. I took a look at Coupler, Coefficient & Conduit and it seems they are all paid subscriptions with a free trial period. The free trial period seems also to be limited to the number of rows to around 100. I have 15,000 contacts so that would require 150 runs. If I go to the paid subscription for one of them, the total price of PipeDrive and one of those pushs me up to an app that easily allows total contact and notes exports. Can you tell me what I'm missing? Thank you.

    @keithneff Hey!

    Those can be exported from "Export data" inside your account, as explained here. While a few steps are needed, this can be easily achieved inside Pipedrive directly.

    I’ve dealt with similar limitations when syncing custom fields. Some tools don’t handle them well. I ended up using Skyvia for more control over field mapping, and it’s been working smoothly so far.
