Dropbox integration

Surely this has to be under consideration at Pipedrive? Can you update us on a timescale for this? Pipedrive and Dropbox would be a match in heaven :)

"Integration" covers a multitude of use-cases and requirements, especially between solutions as wide-ranging as Pipedrive and Dropbox.
Every user will have different needs and requirements, so a single 1:1 direct integration is a big ask.
The best solution is to use an workflow automation solution like Make (https://www.make.com). It's a highly visual workflow automation solution with pre-built connectors for over 1,500 services, including Pipedrive and Dropbox, covering pretty much all of the available API endpoints.
Make allows you to build your own workflows (in either direction) including if-then-else business logic and processing of arrays (like line items), iteration and aggregation - all without writing a single line of code.

Pipedrive and Dropbox integration isn’t native yet, but you can connect them via automation tools to sync files and records. Skyvia is an option to streamline data syncing and automate workflows between the two platforms.

Hey @Dan_69734
What exactly do you want to do with Dropbox? Sync files to deals?
Please share a use case so I can suggest options.0 -
@Dan_69734 That’s an interesting use case. We don’t have it in our implementation bundle[1] though. Happy to build a Proof of Concept. No need for Zapier, Make, or third-party tools IMO—raw Dropbox API <> Pipedrive API should work better. Ping me via email if you’d like us to kick off the PoC. Thanks!

This would be helpful. I use Dropbox for all my documents, so having to add GoogleDocs or SharePoint is really not helpful both for my document storage and workflows for proposals, etc. Would rather not have to pay for a 3rd party sync tool. Is connecting Dropbox for documents the way you currently have googledocs and SharePoint on the development horizon?

I know this isn't exactly the answer many of you are looking, but if you want to store your files in Dropbox (or other similar cloud tool) and still be to browse them in Pipedrive, there is a Pipedrive add-on that does just that: OneNode. One user is free, so you can try it with no cost. With OneNode, you can link the files in Dropbox to deals, organizations and people in Pipedrive. Have a look!
