Stop Auto Activity Follow up

When I complete an activity, it asks to schedule a follow-up. How do I stop this? According to Chat GPT its in settings, which is what I switched on. But it seems to be hidden even though I'm Admin

  • Go to Pipedrive Settings
    • Click on your profile picture (top right).
    • Select Company Settings (or Personal Preferences if you're not an admin).

  • Navigate to Activities Settings
    • In the left menu, find Activities.
    • Look for an option like "Prompt to schedule a follow-up after completing an activity".

Not visible????

  • Disable the Follow-up Prompt
    • Toggle this setting off.

    Hi @KittenMasher,

    Disabling the follow-up activity pop-up is available for Advanced and higher plans that use the Automations feature.

    If you haven't created an automation in your account, this feature will not appear in your settings. To get the option, you can create a simple automation in your account from the automation tab. (It can be something as simple as adding a letter to a random field when a deal is added and you can delete this later)

    Once you have an automation enabled, you should see the option like this in your company settings-
