adding VAT number

Hi guys, I can't add VAT number. EU coutry prefix is already installed but my VAT number doesn't work… How I can solve it?

    Hi @Piotr_PLPL just to double check: you're talking about the billing section, right? This screen here:

    If something is off, try reloading the page or emptying browser cache. That field is a simple text field and shouldn't be a problem.

    Hi, thank you for your advise. I have tried it, deleted cookies, browse history…changed browser and still doesn't help. I've also deleted adress and added it again, but shows that VAT number has a wrong format.

    Don't know how I can solve it… Any ideas 🙄
