Automations are very finicky things. Also, when I first started using automation, I created one that created an activity when a new contact was made. And it took me a LOT of trial and error to figure out one little critical piece to the automation, that to this day I have not seen mentioned in ANY of the PD videos. Linking it to the person!0

A "Getting Started introduction to PipeDrive" overview would be helpful for those brand new to the tool. We're getting ready to launch the tool to our sales force but don't know the best way to do this.0
