I'm discouraged that this post is 3 years old and there is still no add-in. But I'm going to chime in and agree that it really is a MUST and would be a big productivity boost for your users.

Hey 🙂 me and my friend are building this. If you're interested in trying it out you shoot me a quick email to martin@baymats.com with subject "pipedrive outlook" and just say you're interested. I'll get back to you when there's something to try. We're curious to hear more.
Thinking about making it similar to the gmail addon. What do you guys think about that? It looks and works like this: https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/pipedrive-gmail-add-on
Thanks!

We're developing a plugin to automate adding contacts or deals in Pipedrive from outlook.
We'd love to hear from you:
- How frequently do you find yourself adding contacts or deals?
- What features would you prioritize in such an add-in?
- Do you have any concerns about automating contact or deal creation in Pipedrive?
Your suggestions and feedback are welcome!
Please feel free to reach out at hello@antfarmsoftware.com.

Hi everyone!
The add-in is finally out there!
As expected, it features most of the functionnality from the official Gmail connector: viewing and creating contacts, notes, deals and activities, right from your mailbox. You click a button, a sidepanel opens and lets you interact with your CRM.
The plugin is to be sent to the Pipedrive & Outlook marketplaces for aproval in the next days. It works with all recent releases of Outlook, including macOS versions and Office on the Web.
In the meanwihle, check our website and join the waiting list to be notified when the add-in gets released: https://www.pipelook.app/
Cheers!
Clément

Feel free to sign up to the waitlist at https://www.pipelook.app/#wait
I'll send you an email when the product can be used!

make sure to share the correct url to your own app 😉
it's pipelook.app/#wait not pipedrive.app/#wait

Totally agree on the need for an Outlook plugin. This is one of the simplist timesavers we could have added to Pipedrive. Also, it would be great if a VCF could be downloaded to share contact info right from pipedrive.

Hi everyone!
The app is finally available on the Pipedrive marketplace! I hope you'll find it useful. Feedback is very welcome :)
Have a good day!0 -
Hi @MBrown this is weird indeed! Have you tried installing the app directly from the Pipedrive marketplace?
Also, you should make sure you're accessing https://www.pipelook.app/ (with httpS, the 3 Ws and the ".app").
If you're still stuck, don't hesitate to contact me at support@pipelook.app, send me details about your setup (OS & browser versions) and a few screenshots and I may certainly able to help you further.0 -
OK When I go into the marketplace and click on "Proceed to Install" it comes straight back with the "Hmmm… can't reach this page" error.
Same when I click on the Link you have supplied above. for the pipelook site.
Interestingly it worked on my iphone while connected to the 4g network, as soon as I connect to the work wifi it comes back with the same error. So I'm going to try again when I get home on my internet just in case our router/firewall at work is blocking the .app extension
Mike
P.S sorry about the bold, that is how it pasted from webpage and I couldn't work out how to "un-bold" it

Yes everything worked from home, so if anyone else has the same issue its most likely your work router/firewall blocking the .app extension.
@clementc please don't take offence to this (I can see a lot of effort went into this) but we will not be going ahead with the add on. Firstly, there is no trial to test to make sure it works, and secondly our MD refuses to pay for an extension that should already part of software that we pay a lot of money for.
There is nothing more annoying than expensive CRM software that you have to pay extra for add-ons and work-arounds to do basic functions that should already be included (and my understanding is that it used to be)

Hi Mike, thank you for clarifying the bug origin.
I understand your point of view; I'm thinking about introducing a free trial. Though, you don't need to "make sure it works", the app has been thoroughly tested by both Microsoft & Pipedrive teams to get approval for the marketplace. If it's there, it does work :)0 -
Still no outook add-in to date - this is almost unthinkable??

Hey @Jacobus.toua
I don't quite understand your comment, an Outlook add-in has just been released! Is there something wrong with it?0 -
Link to the newly release add-on? I might have missed it.

Here it is, you'll need to install it on both the Pipedrive side and the Outlook side:
- Pipedrive marketplace: https://www.pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/app/pipelook/3d08e105af238287
- Outlook AppSource: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200006774?tab=Overview
It's a paid tool but it's a real time-saver. (disclaimer: I'm the author of the add-in)
Have a good day! :)0 -
Haha, got you. Not something I expect to pay for in addition to subscription to the main software. All the best
