View-only Accounts
We'd like to have the ability to create view-only accounts. These accounts would let us give view-only access to our employees to help us promote a more transparent sales process inside our company.

Would be great to have users with only a permission to view details, not add or edit any field on contacts.

Hi @Andreia Freixo also, just checking if there was any update on view only permissions? I'm aware there are some permissions enhancements being launched in the next month, but I don't believe anything has been mentioned about 'view only'?

2 possible solutions:
- I would suggest considering Coupler or Flatly to build a data pipeline and view this data in a BI tool like Tableau. You can read more about building a data pipeline for Pipedrive in this article.
- Setting up views using API calls using a tool like Retool or Internal.
