Import a contact that is linked to an organization
Dear all,
I have the following two import files. This one is an Excel the imports an organization
During the import in PipeDrive, I link the field to the name, email, and tel in the organization tab.
This one is an Excel that imports a person.
During the import in PipeDrive, I link the field to the name, email, and tel in the person tab. I fetch the name from the organization tab.
When I import I expect the person to be linked to the organization. However, this is not the case. When the person is imported a new organization is created. Any thoughts on how I can make sure the contact is linked?

The best way is to create once the organization on Pipedrive. And separetaly, import your contact with the organization id previously created : https://community.pipedrive.com/discussion/7721/data-import-primary-key
