Turn off Notifications in Calendar Sync

We are currently using One-Way Calendar Sync. (More on why here: Calendar Sync Needs to NOT Pull in Activities from External Calendar — Pipedrive Community)
Our Users have complained that while it is helpful to see their Activities in Outlook, they are being inundated with notification alerts all times of the day related to these Activities being pushed to Outlook. Most people have the 15 minute reminder set on for all Outlook calendar items. It would be great if there was a way for the Calendar Sync to suppress this reminder being set when it writes to Outlook.
