Hey Pipedrivers 👋

Our product team is looking for testers for the new multiple labels for contacts update, also known as multiple tags for people and organizations.

How can I join?

Please let us know in the comments if you’d like early access to test this feature and provide user feedback. The product manager will then enable the feature for your account. If you have more than one Pipedrive company, please specify which one to enable the feature for.

When can we expect to have full functionality?

We’re still working on it but are planning a full release during the second quarter of 2024.

Hi all, since this multiple labels option was enabled on our account, I noticed my filters that had the condition 'Person Label is not xxxx' no longer worked, causing Zapier to try and run hundreds of zap runs.

I changed the condition to 'Label Does not contain' but it still showed records in the filter that had the label I was filtering out. I reached out to Support and they made some changes, but said this was not related to this feature, although I am dubious as everything was working perfectly before this was enabled.

After some tweaks were made by the support rep, and changing the filter condition to 'Does not contain', the filter is now bringing back the correct results.

I don't think I'm a heavy enough user to be in the beta, but let me just say that the benefit to me of labels used to be that they would appear at the top of the screen right next to a person's name. I could then use a label for something critical that I needed to know about a given person the moment I brough up that person's record. Labels now are buried in the summary section where they are less visible, and that makes them less useful.
