Options for security

Hi all !

I have some questions for the community about security.

Are there options to prevent sabotage, from an unhappy employee, for example?

Is there any way to prevent massive data deletetion?

Ho do I implement permission? For example: the manager may create and modify client profiles, but the employee may only read those data and add activities, and has to send messages or attempt to modify/delete information, but this has to be confirmed by the manager.

Is there any way to keep data safe?, for example doing a backup/restore operation.

When it comes to auto backups you should know that we do daily backups you can always request via support and otherwise there's tools like Flatly and Import2 in our Marketplace which also offer the service so you have access to backups yourself.

The article that @Mike van der Valk shared is a great starting point and should answer several questions like who can/can't delete information (although control editing isn't quite so easy).

For backing up data, you could try the Import2 Wizard.
