Zoom Phone integration?

Hubspot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics both have Zoom and Zoom Phone integration with their CRM. These include dialing and texting.
I'm sure there are more; however, I haven't looked into them.

@Brandon Wood_1990 If you search the zoom marketplace and filter by zoom phone, there are 26 results in the CRM category.

@Brandon Wood_1990 @Erik Lindholm @Joseph Schumacher_70121 I looked at Zoom Marketplace and while there are many integrations for other Apps like Hubspot, MS Teams, Gong, Zoho, Zendesk, etc. Pipedrive CRM is Not listed. This would be a Great opportunity for Pipedrive CRM to get their name & Brand out there to a very large audience of ZoomPhone users, by being listed on Zoom Marketplace. There appears to be a disconnect between Pipedrive Dev Team and Pipedrive Marketing & Sales for prioritizing the importance of this integration.

Hi everyone,
I see this thread is very much alive. I've read through all the comments and good points were made. I made sure the Product managers who work on our marketplace as well as the mobile app see this. The integration test I mentioned before is still ongoing so we can't conclude it yet unfortunately.
After this test we'll continue to prioritse the next pieces to work on. I'll do my best to have this front of mind for the teams involved.

@Mike van der Valk any update on this? This thread has been going on for some time and it's been 4 months since the last update. Would really love some Zoom Phone integration. Is this possible to integrate on our own with Make.com and their Zoom Administration module?

Thank you for the follow-up.
Unfortunately, we still don´t have direct Zoom Phone integration planned at the moment in our Marketplace due to competing priorities.
However, with the increasing demand I have alerted the relevant Product Managers once again on this and will ask them to prioritise this (I can't make any promises unfortunately).
I will make sure that people in this thread will be first to here as soon as the integration becomes available.
Having said that, meanwhile you can look into the other 200+ communication tools we have available, e.g. JustCall; try to build suitable integration with one of the iPaaS providers, e.g. Make and Zapier, or if you have the time and resources then help to build the integration through our Developer Corner1 -
Also joining this thread... @Mike van der Valk is there any update on this? Do you think Zoom Phone integration is being suppressed due to partnership deals with JustCall and Cloudtalk?

Hi everyone! Edward here from Ecosystem and Marketplace Product team.
Thanks for continuing to share your thoughts on this. We fully understand how important a Zoom Phone integration is for many of you. At the moment, we simply don’t have the internal resources available to develop this ourselves, and it's very unlikely for Zoom to build it for Pipedrive either.
That said, if someone (like @Alexander Crump mentioned earlier) has already created or is interested in creating a working solution, we’d love to support them. Our Marketplace Ops team would be happy to work together on publishing and promoting it in our Marketplace. Also, @Stu, confirming that Zoom Phone integration is not being suppressed, just a matter of resource allocation right now.
We appreciate your patience, and please know we’re always open to exploring new ways to help you get the most out of our platform!

While we have an app that can connect Zoom Phone and PipeDrive, I want to share this -not sure if it has been discussed on the thread:
If, while in PD, you want to click a number and call through Zoom automatically, do this:
1. Follow Zoom's steps to enable click-to-dial: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067257
2. In PD, go to Automations > Phone Calls
3. In the Default Calling App dropdown, pick 'Custom'
4. In the field next to it, enter zoomphonecall:[number]
The first time you try it, the browser will ask you for an authorization. Then it will launch Zoom and autodial for you.
Things that would be ideal for a future Zoom call app:
1. Enter in the contact/deal/company history a record of the call made. Add the possibility of a summary too.
2. Maybe this is asking for too much, but what the heck, it would be awesome to see in the profile's history any voice-mail left when an user cannot take the call.
3. Add the option to send ZOOM Sms through PD, and record the conversation in the profile's history.0 -
Hello @EdwardT, I think we all find it impossible to believe that Pipedrive, a worldwide company that specializes in customer relationship management, does not have the resources to dedicate to implement a tool that so many users would get value from. A quick search for "phone" in the Pipedrive app marketplace returns 20 (TWENTY!) results for calling services I (and I'm sure many others) have never even heard of (except for Google Meet and Zoom meetings). Perhaps the resources are not there becuase they are being directed elswhere for some strategic reason?
Pipedrive has the resources to integrate zoom meetings and 19 other calling/meeting services.
Please don't tell us you "don't have the resources" when you obviously do and obviously already have a zoom (meeting) integration. At least be somewhat honest with us…
I am a huge fan of Pipedrive overall and we pay a lot of money to use it. Please listen to your clients and provide more tools that we can actually use…
