⚠️ Update: good news, Leads in Workflow Automation are now live! 🚀

One of our teams has started to work on one of the most requested updates for our new leads section in Pipedrive. Which is to connect our leads inbox to our workflow automation feature. 

So are you patiently waiting to be able to automatically:

  • Create an activity from a new lead
  • Send a personalised email template to your new lead
  • Convert a lead to a deal after a certain activity is done
  • Send a slack message when a specific lead label is applied
  • And much more…

Then stay tuned as we have a team working hard on saving you shiploads of time and manual work. Automations will avoid those manual errors, speed up your sales process and will make your life and that of your team easier along the way 🚀

    Didn't really look into it but getting an email/notification whenever a new Lead has been dropped into the leadbox via webforms?

    Or is that a standard thing? 🙈

    We'll set up a 3-touch email series to follow up with each lead. This will help us qualify the lead and determine if they should be added to our various sales pipelines.

    Hi @Errol Newson 

    We aren't very keen on giving out ETA's as things in software development can sometimes go significantly quicker or slower as expected. Our goal is to release it before the end of the year but as I hope you understand this can change if we hit some bumps in the road.

    First activity: probably automation of activity reminders for our BDR sales team.

    Longer term: this could replace our marketing automation once it's a bit more mature. In that case I'd use it to send out email campaigns after downloads, follow up email for downloads and contact forms etc
