Are you talking about contacts linked to a lead in the leads inbox or to a deal in your pipeline?
Either way, you can add a second phone number in the contact page by clicking here: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/5p4nHO
This should be visible in the contact section of deals detail page. For leads, unfortunately, only the first phone number will be visible in the leads detail page.I hope this helps!
