How can I see the activities sorted out by the occurrence date and time, instead of the record entry

How can I see the activities sorted out by the occurrence date and time, instead of the record entry time? It was so in the past and suddenly changed!

    Hi Euben! You just need to make sure you have the column 'Due date' visible in the Activities list view, and then click on the header 'Due date' to sort your activities by this column :)

    Our apologies for the delayed response. 

    You can either change the Due Date manually for each activity or do it in bulk using a spreadsheet.

    If you can recognize which activities need to have their Dude Date corrected just by looking at your Activities List, you can update the activities by making their IDs visible and using a spreadsheet. Instructions here: How can I update my Pipedrive data with a spreadsheet?

    If you prefer to catch the Activities from the Deals List, to making sure to link each of them to the correct Deal you should make the Deal ID visible (same instructions as above). If you do it this way, remember to delete the incorrect activities before uploading the new spreadsheet, or you'll end up with duplicated activities.

    In either case make sure that in your spreadsheet you have a column for date of creation of the activity and another one for date when it was done, as you will need to map them when importing the spreadsheet.
