yes please, make work of this. My clients use M365 groups extensively, and being able to add the connected mailboxes as extra accounts would help a lot!

We have been struggling for months to get the shared inbox working effectively.
Can anyone recommend an integration on the market place that does this well.
We want to be able to have any user of the "shared inbox”:
- see the linked deal for each email;- see the email disappear when another user archives it;- see tags added to the email by any user.
We are hoping that one of the marketplace integrations has these features?Thanks, Peter

Hi @Peter_848, shared inbox capability is a popular request, and I’ll be sure to merge your feedback to the existing feature request thread for this. While a shared inbox is not coming out in the immediate future due to other competing priorities, we’re gathering more and more feedback that will help make this feature a reality at some point.

Hello @Manuel Oliveira , thanks for your comment. However, it is very disappointing that Pipedrive is not putting this as priority due to the number of requests and the considerable process improvement it would provide to your customers.
When you look at the new updates that are being launched, they all seem minor in comparison. We are seeing small updates in fields, filters, linkedin connections, some new automations, AI, etc… this is all nice, but I believe it would be more impactful to focus on the basics.
My team likes Pipedrive, but the lack of share inbox is causing information loss and waste of time. This has been going on for long time and in Pipedrive even presented this as a feature coming soon (in 2022). So, I hope this really comes soon as we already looking at other options.

One more vote, we really need for our team to see what other team members did in the shared inbox.
It is very challenging for us if I can't even see if the e-mails are read from another one.
Would save way more time for our team than another AI or whatever integration.

Does anybody who uses Google for their emails know the answer to this:
If we have users with individual email inboxes and also 1 delegated access mailbox for Google, can we at least add the delegated access mailbox to PD as our second sync email so that we can view the email history in PD.
Even if we can't send emails within PD since we don't use that function anyway0 -
Hi,
You can add as a second mailbox (with pipedrive shared rights) a mailbox like sales@yourcompany.com to all user that require it, you may repeat add it to all pipedrive userprofile. Then all user can reply to the customer and all user can saw other users replies… at this time we cannot saw who send the reply only the email adress ( sales@yourcompany.com ).
At this time I have only tested with Microsoft user mailbox (not a shared mailbox in microsoft, but you can create a regular user with email only office365 license and share it with all your users).

I really hope this feature is implemented sometime soon, as I imagine many people are struggling with workarounds for this.
PAs suggestion sort of works, but it not ideal as it is too easy to double handle the same emails.
Any news on this feature devs?
