First off it's great that we can export reports from insights into excel/csv, but it's clunky. You have to click into each item on a graph to be able to get info and export it from there. We need the ability to mass create deals from the lead list. It's impractical to create each deal one at a time, specially for our outbound telemarketers, they need to be able to quickly add all leads assigned to them as a deal, and work through calling them.
