Why are emails not automatically considered activities like phone calls are? When I run filters based on last activity none of my recent emails count as activities. However, my phone calls are. Email conversation view
Is there a plan to give the user the flexibility to view emails in non-conversation view. The way PD sorts emails is almost unusable when you have multiple responses. There needs to be a way to view emails independently, sort easily by date, key words etc.
