Please add a preview option for emails in the email inbox. It is really not practical to open every email to see the content. The ability to select automations will allow us to take bulk action like deleting, labeling, or duplicating the automations.
It was suggested to me that it would be convenient if a user could choose to only see the emails they have sent and received in the contact record history.
